Paloma Aveni Strafile, MD
Paloma was born and raised in Mendoza, Argentina and completed her medical school education at Universidad Católica de Córdoba. She decided to pursue pathology because pathology is art - it brings together colors, shapes, and clinical scenarios. And the best part is knowing that our work makes a meaningful impact on patient care. She is currently interested in surgical pathology with an emphasis on head and neck.
Outside of work, Paloma is a ski and swimming instructor. Her favorite students are kids who are just starting out (and yes, she has a lot of patience!)
